一貫道是一种创立于中国，目前主要興盛於台灣的宗教信仰。此宗教信仰在香港亦有流傳，而在有不少台灣移民的地方，例如美國，亦設有道場，稱為「佛堂」。

一貫道系出先天大道。清末光緒年間，以劉清虛為主的先天道徒，被無生靈娘賜與一貫道三字，作為正宗嫡脈的標記，用以區隔腐敗的先天道徒，後經路中一與張天然師徒兩人，將一貫道發揚光大。

一貫道是以『明師一指，點開玄關』為傳道的主要儀式。一貫道所指的「道」有多重意義。是指創生宇宙萬物的本體、永恆不變的真理，也是返回先天的唯一道路。

一貫道的中心主神是明明上帝。根據一貫道的主張，宇宙真理雖只有一，但可經由各種形式依各地風俗民情來顯現，所以有世界五大宗教——儒、釋、道、耶、回，分別於世界各地展現真理教化人心的力量，惟其宗旨皆相同無異。其信徒彼此稱為道親，男性為乾道、女性為坤道。

由於一貫道道親有極大的比例吃素，故吃素的信眾比率高於佛教。在臺灣，據統計，信一貫道而吃長素者，較佛教徒的比例高。唯素食種類不同，一貫道中蛋奶素的比例較佛教高，佛教中奶素的比例較一貫道高。但一貫道亦有僅食用奶素者。
